This Kel-Tec PF9 was brought to us by a client who had left it inside the nifty little plastic box the pistol came in from the manufacturer. He was not aware the case had held moisture allowing the pistol to rust severely. Sometimes, when these things are caught early, we can clean the weapon up by removing the surface rust without damaging the finish. This pistol was far beyond that point. After discussing refinish options with the client, he decided to have us strip the slide and barrel and refinish them with Armour Black Cerakote.
